This is the continuation of the adventures of "Vires of Lie Cham". The Book opens right where the reader was left off. The Cave just outside of the Scorched Lands. Vires has lost all of his memories and so doing all of his powers. He must find away to gain all of it back soon. The Shadow is alive and well and laying waste on the world once more.
Vires has several life changing decisions to make. The world gets darker for Vires as his power grows. He wonders if the world of Dynia hates his very existence. "Should Vires let himself die for the greater good? Or will he decide to hate Dynia back and let it burn?"

Overall, a pretty solid book. The second book had a few noticeable grammatical errors, but nothing that impeded reading. The story-line was really intriguing, and the endings were done extraordinarily well. The characters were interesting and believable. I really enjoyed the author's level of detail. I'm looking forward to seeing more books from this author, and to read the rest of the series! (I want to see the other side of the story)Product details
